California remains one of the only states that identifies placing an electronic tracking device on community property as illegal. Responding to the stalking accusations, Navarro says, "I feel that it was a complete and total setup. My past with my ex-wife, which people don't know the full context of, was used by an ex-girlfriend to obtain a restraining order against me to further her own career." "Despite her unjust restraining order, she continued to contact, see me in person, and even report me to the authorities right after inviting me to come over - which is a total setup," Navarro added.
