DEEP STATE: Man Behind Kavanaugh Allegations Former Classmate, Has Clinton Ties, Obama Donor9/18/2019 
A former classmate of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh who has ties to the Clinton family and is an Obama donor, Max Stier, has claimed to have seen Kavanaugh "with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student."
Stier was a lawyer on the Clintons' legal team in 1987 while Kavanaugh served on the Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's team who was investigating the Clintons'. Stier also has donated $250 to the Democratic National Convention and $1,000 to former President Barack Obama's campaign from 2000 to 2008, according to Federal Election Commission fillings. Stier then divorced his wife in 2004 and married his then-assistant U.S. attorney Florence Yu Pan. In April 2016, Obama nominated Pam to as a federal judge in Washington, D.C. The failing New York Times reported on Sunday: "A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. (We corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier.)"
President Donald Trump reacted to the phony story by writing, "Brett Kavanaugh should start suing people for libel, or the Justice Department should come to his rescue."
