Hillary and Bill Clinton held a tour in Toronto, Canada to an arena with 83% of the seats empty. In the latest fundraiser for the Clintons, they hosted a stadium that held up to 19,800 people, the Clintons drew a minor 3,300.
The cost per-person was $6.55. Hillary Clinton had an uncontrollable coughing fit while hosting the 3,300 people and it was caught on camera. In comparison, Clinton's rival, President Donald Trump holds rallies that get over 10,000 people.
