JUDGE ALLOWS BAR TO KICK OUT TRUMP SUPPORTERS

  Trump supporter, Greg Piatek claimed  the staff of the 'Happiest Hour' on 10th Street in New York City's West Village kicked him out in January of 2017 for wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat! Piatek revealed what the staff told him, “Anyone who supports Trump or believes in what you believe — is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won’t serve you!”

  Piatek responded by  suing the Happiest Hour in the Manhattan Supreme Court, stating the staff "offended his sense of being American." During the hearing, the atttorney for the Happiest Hour, Elizabeth Conway,  claimed "supporting Trump is not a religion."

  Piatek's attorney Paul Liggieri stated, "He was paying spiritual tribute to the victims of 9/11. The Make America Great Again hat was part of his spiritual belief. Rather than remove his hat, instead he held true to his spiritual belief and was forced from the bar.”
