 Far-left U.S. federal judge David Briones blocked President Donald Trump's administration on Tuesday from using $3.6 billion in military construction funds to build a border wall on the U.S./Mexico border. Briones issued a permanent injucton prohibiting the Trump administration from using the funds for the border wall. In July, the Supreme Court ruled the Trump administration is allowed to use $2.5 billion in Pentagon counter-narcotics funds to pay for the wall. NBC News reports: "The ruling is a legal setback for Trump, whose administration has vowed to build at least 450 miles of wall along the border by November 2020, when the U.S. presidential election will take place.
