President Donald Trump congradulated newly elected Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson on Tuesday morning. Trump said Johnson will be "great."
"Congratulations to Boris Johnson on becoming the new Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He will be great," Trump wrote.
Johnson won a ballot of Conservative members on Tuesday morning to become the new party leader. Johnson will officially become the prime minister on Wednesday afternoon. Johnson will replace former Prime Minister Theresa May.
