President Donald Trump tore into his former attorney Michael Cohen for secretely recording their conversations. President Trump ended his tweet saying, "The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!" President Trump slammed the secret recordings calling them "totally unheard of and perhaps illegal." President Trump said,"Inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client."
"Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning) - almost unheard of. Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client - totally unheard of & perhaps illegal. The good news is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!" President Trump is responding to reports from the New York Times, revealing Cohen secretly recorded Trump's conversations in 2016. The Washington Post later confirmed the FBI had obtained the tapes, from raiding Cohen's office.
