Trump: Roger Stone Has A 'Very Good Chance Of Exoneration'

 President Donald Trump reacted on Thursday in a speech at a Hope for Prisoners event in Las Vegas to his longtime friend, Roger Stone, being sentenced to 40 months in prison on Thursday by far-left judge Amy Berman Jackson.

    "I'm following this very closely, and I want to see it play out to its fullest, because Roger has a very good chance of exoneration, in my opinion," Trump said.

   "It's my strong opinion that the forewoman for the jury is totally tainted. I don't know if this is a fact, but she had a horrible social media account. She's, I guess from what I hear, a very strong woman, a very dominant person, so she can get people to do whatever she wants," Trump added.

   "How can you have a jury pool tainted so badly? It's not fair," Trump said.

   President Trump urged a dismissal of his long-time friend Roger Stone's case and threatened to sue "everyone" in the Mueller investigation in a string of tweets on Tuesday morning.

   "Pretty obvious he should (get a new trial). I think almost any judge in the Country would order a new trial, I’m not so sure about Judge Jackson, I don’t know," Trump wrote.

      "If I wasn’t President, I’d be suing everyone all over the place. BUT MAYBE I STILL WILL. WITCH HUNT," Trump added.

      This comes after the Justice Department submitted a new sentencing recommendation for Stone last Tuesday after the four now-resigned prosecutors,  Aaron Zelinsky, Jonathan Kravis, Adam Jed and Michael Marando, recommended Trump's longtime friend, Stone, serve 7-9 years in prison for witness tampering, lying to Congress, and obstruction of justice.
