President Donald Trump gave Apple an “easy solution” to a warning. Trump warned Apple, “Apple prices may increase because of the massive Tariffs we may be imposing on China.” Trump then followed up with an “easy solution.”
Trump wrote, “Make your products in the United States instead of China. Start building new plants now. “ Trump spoke with reporters from Air Force One Friday. Trump said imposing tariffs on over $200 billion worth of products made in China “will take place very soon depending on what happens." Trump wrote on Twitter Saturday, “Apple prices may increase because of the massive Tariffs we may be imposing on China - but there is an easy solution where there would be ZERO tax, and indeed a tax incentive. Make your products in the United States instead of China. Start building new plants now. Exciting! #MAGA”
