The Environmental Protection Agency will release the new rules within days. This roll back will be the latest reversals of the Obama administration to slow down climate change.
The Trump administration plans to replace the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan for the electricity industry with new regulations that limit power of the states. Trump is keeping his promises by this planned action. The proposal will be submitted for a public "rule-making process" before officially taking effect.
