   2020 Democrat presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden was interrupted during a campaign rally in Milford, New Hampshire by hecklers who told the "pervert" to not "touch kids."

   "Don't touch kids, you pervert," a heckler told Biden as he paced the stage laughing.

   "Alright. Well you know. This... This... This... This is a democracy," Biden stammered.

   "The truth is going to come out, buddy," another heckler said.

   "Oh. Well I hope it does. I hope it does," Biden answered.
