​WATCH: Puerto Rico Governor Promises To 'Punch Trump In The Mouth' If He 'Gets Close'

     Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rosselló said if President Donald Trump "gets close" to him, he'll punch him "in the mouth." Rosselló was interviewed by CNN reporter Jim Acosta. 

     "Does it feel that way sometimes? That you dealing with a bully?" Acosta asked.

​     "If the bully gets close, I'll punch the bully in the mouth," Rosselló said.

     "Just like that?" Acosta asked. "Just like that," Rosselló answered.

     "It would be a mistake to confuse courtesy with courage," Rosselló added. 

     "The reason why the governor said that is you know they're frustrated inside his office. There were aids over here with the governor's office just yesterday at the White House talking to officials about setting up a meeting with the president and Ricardo Rosselló," Acosta said.

     If Rosselló wants funding for Puerto Rico, threatening to "punch" President Trump is NOT the way to get funding from Trump.
